Quite a few replies since I last looked....

Manu - Francois is correct with the Google definition of Boxing Day. In England there are many sporting fixtures - football matches, horse racing, fox hunts etc on this day.

Takeo - some good ideas, especially about LR's being like boxes. Better idea about the sacrificial virgins......

Just a small détail; Landyman seems to have some doubts about that when he says:"The Colonel 109 a osé écrire" but far by myself to intend to spoild a legitim "reconnaissance" :champ:
