Once again, I would like to invite all LTDS forum members to this Series LR event in the Czech Republic - this year's event will take place at the Malesov campsite close to Kutna Hora (49°55'18.731"N, 15°14'31.826"E).

The event's programme will be similar to last year, i.e.:

Friday, 22nd May 2009:
> Arrival of first participants.
> As the Germans say, "benzinsprechen" at the local pub, or at one of the nice pubs in Kutna Hora.

Saturday, 23rd May 2009:
> Arrival of the rest of the participants.
> During the morning or just after lunch we will be leaving for a greenlaning trip - the route is flexible, depending on the number of participants and their interests. The trip will be finished at the Vysoka hill, where a convenient place is arranged to take a group photo.
> More "benzinsprechen" at one of the pubs.

Sunday, 24th May 2009:
> Possible additional greenlaning, departure.

Even if we would appreciate people coming in their leafers, if there's no other option, come whichever way you choose (we can even arrange transfer from the Prague airport if needed, but this is limited to Friday arrival/Sunday departure only) and ride shotgun with someone.

It's much better if you include it as one point in a longer holiday, agreed. But us Czechs are used to drive long distances to LR events, so it doesn't seem to be such a serious issue to us :steer:

In any case, if any of you are coming, you will be most welcome :pub:

Its after Landamania and just before the French National.Thats a pity. This year i want to visit Hungary while devaluations in progress.I havnt looked at the map in detail but Hungary is just north of Italy which in turns just south of the Czech republic.
Ive been told i have to visit pilzen to try the bier.then a boring drive through tax torn germany back to France
Im going to see if i can find the route on via michein cant be as far as my Portugal adventure this winter where i found deep snow in Spain and Portugal which has snow plows i was amazed to find.
A NOTE It took 3 days to get back to France from southern Portugal/Spain at between 40kph uphill and 80plus down the distance is about the same to the CZech republic
