where can i register for the Bannegon meeting?

Im useing a hundred year old laptop with the wrong HHD which makes everything difficult!

Its not to late i hope for Bannegon??How do i inscribe for the meeting in september???Ive been saveing up for the petrol that my reliable S2 can get there,ive even found the place on the map!

But where and how can i inscribe??
